By using this website, requesting a quote, placing an order, creating an account, or accepting delivery of a dumpster, you agree to these Terms of Service and any rental agreement, checkout terms, or order-specific terms presented to you.

If you are ordering for a business or another person, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms on their behalf.

Service Area and Availability

Dumpster rentals are available only within the service areas supported by Quick Dumpsters. Orders may be rejected, rescheduled, or cancelled if the delivery address is outside the service area, unsafe, inaccessible, restricted, or otherwise unsuitable for delivery.

Delivery and pickup dates are scheduling targets and may be affected by weather, traffic, equipment availability, disposal facility hours, site access, or events outside our control.

Orders, Pricing, and Payment

Pricing may depend on dumpster size, rental duration, delivery location, included weight, taxes, disposal costs, fuel, surcharges, and optional services. The checkout price may not include fees caused by overweight loads, prohibited materials, blocked access, extended rental time, relocation requests, damage, or other order exceptions.

You authorize Quick Dumpsters and its payment processor to charge the payment method provided for the order total and any additional amounts owed under the applicable rental agreement or order terms.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate order information, selecting an appropriate dumpster size, ensuring safe and lawful placement, obtaining required permissions or permits, keeping the delivery area accessible, and using the dumpster only for allowed materials.

You must not overload the dumpster by weight or volume, move the dumpster without permission, burn materials in the dumpster, damage the container, or place prohibited materials in the container.

Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

Cancellation, change, and refund eligibility may depend on order timing, dispatch status, delivery status, payment processing costs, and costs already incurred. Same-day changes, failed deliveries, or cancellations after dispatch may result in fees.

Refunds, when approved, will generally be returned to the original payment method unless another method is required by the payment processor or applicable law.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, scrape data without permission, or use the website for unlawful or abusive purposes.

Website content, branding, page designs, text, graphics, and software are owned by Quick Dumpsters or its licensors and may not be copied or reused except as allowed by law or written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Quick Dumpsters is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from use of the website or rental services.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Updates

Quick Dumpsters may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
