Rental Agreement

Dumpster rental responsibilities, prohibited materials, fees, delivery, and pickup terms.

Agreement to Rent

By placing an order, accepting delivery, or using a dumpster provided by Quick Dumpsters, you agree to this Rental Agreement and the order details shown at checkout, including dumpster size, delivery address, rental period, price, included weight, and any order-specific notes.

The person placing the order is responsible for the dumpster, its contents, the delivery location, and all charges connected to the rental.

Delivery Location and Site Access

You must provide a safe, lawful, and accessible location for delivery and pickup. You are responsible for obtaining any required permission from property owners, landlords, homeowners associations, municipalities, or other authorities before delivery.

The delivery area must be clear of vehicles, low wires, low branches, soft ground, steep grades, locked gates, blocked driveways, and other hazards. If delivery or pickup cannot be completed because the site is inaccessible or unsafe, additional trip, wait, cancellation, or rescheduling fees may apply.

Property Protection

Dumpster placement can damage driveways, pavement, lawns, landscaping, underground utilities, septic systems, irrigation, curbs, sidewalks, and other surfaces or structures. You are responsible for choosing the placement area and accepting the risk of surface or property damage unless caused by Quick Dumpsters' gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Protective boards or placement aids may reduce risk but do not guarantee that damage will not occur.

Allowed and Prohibited Materials

You may place ordinary non-hazardous waste and debris that is lawful for disposal and appropriate for the selected dumpster and project type.

Do not place hazardous, restricted, flammable, toxic, explosive, regulated, or prohibited materials in the dumpster. Prohibited items may include paint, solvents, chemicals, fuels, oils, batteries, tires, asbestos, medical waste, propane tanks, appliances containing refrigerants, electronics, liquids, and any material banned by local disposal facilities or applicable law.

You are responsible for any fines, cleanup costs, rejection fees, handling fees, return loads, environmental charges, or other costs caused by prohibited or improperly loaded materials.

Loading Rules

Materials must stay within the walls of the dumpster and may not extend above the fill line or top rail. Doors must close securely and the container must be safe to transport.

You may not overload the dumpster by weight or volume. Overloaded containers may require material removal, a second dumpster, delayed pickup, or additional fees. You are responsible for overweight charges based on disposal facility weight tickets or other reasonable weight records.

Rental Period, Extensions, and Pickup

The rental period is the period selected or confirmed for the order. If you need more time, you must request an extension before the scheduled pickup date. Extensions are subject to availability and may result in additional daily charges.

You must keep the dumpster accessible for pickup. If pickup cannot be completed because the dumpster is blocked, overloaded, unsafe to transport, behind a locked gate, or otherwise inaccessible, additional fees may apply.

Fees and Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply for overweight loads, extra rental days, dry runs, blocked access, wait time, relocation requests, prohibited materials, disposal facility rejection, cleanup, damage to the dumpster, lost equipment, collection costs, chargebacks, or other costs caused by misuse or order exceptions.

You authorize Quick Dumpsters and its payment processor to charge the payment method on file for amounts owed under this Rental Agreement.

Damage, Loss, and Misuse

You are responsible for loss of or damage to the dumpster while it is in your possession, except for ordinary wear and tear. You may not move, alter, climb on, burn inside, paint, mark, or tamper with the dumpster.

You are responsible for keeping children, pets, vehicles, and unauthorized persons away from the dumpster and delivery equipment.

Compliance with Law

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, association rules, permit requirements, disposal rules, and site restrictions related to dumpster placement, loading, and use.

If a government authority, property owner, association, disposal facility, or other third party requires removal, relocation, cleanup, fines, or fees because of the dumpster or its contents, you are responsible for the resulting costs unless caused by Quick Dumpsters' violation of law.
